Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for any reason so long as the item is in its original condition, in its original packaging and the return application is made within 30 days of delivery.
Once the return request is made, we’ll send you a label to pop on the outside of your box.
Once your return has been received, undamaged, unworn and in saleable condition we'll process your refund within 3 working days.
Do you accept INTERNATIONAL returns?
For customers residing outside the USA & Canada, you'll need to pop over to our Australian website to organise your return.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page. We’ll email you a label to attach to your return that will entitle you to 1 x free return per order number.
Just pop this on the original shipping carton (to ensure that they don’t get damaged in transit) and follow the instructions on the return label. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to raise the shipping label. Items must be returned in saleable condition.
You MUST include either a print out of your order confirmation email OR a handwritten piece of paper with your name and order number in your parcel.
Do you offer exchanges?
To exchange your items, you’ll need to process a return and then repurchase your alternate items as you would a typical order. We cannot process 1 for 1 replacements. You must return your goods for a refund and reorder.
How long will I wait for my refund?
We process your refund as soon as your item is received and receipted in as in saleable condition in our warehouse. You’ll receive an automated email from us as soon as this has been processed by Minnow Designs. Refund amounts can take a few days to be processed by your payment provider. We have no control over this. Note that Afterpay & (rarely) Paypal can take up to 2 weeks to deposit refunded amounts into your bank account.
